Nortel Networks Certified Support Specialist (NNCSS's) have a fundamental knowledge to configure, operate and troubleshoot Nortel Networks products and solutions. NNCSS's are required to pass one Core Technology exam in the area of interest. TCT covers the area of Routing. NNCSS certifications are valid for two years.
